Govt offers 10 posts of joint secretaries to public, private sector employees

There will be a lateral entry to the specific ministries under the Narendra Bhai Modi Government. It’s a fact that to attract the talent from private and public sectors of India the Government has welcomed applications for the post of joint secretaries on a contractual basis,  who like to make them a part of Swachh Governance.

As per the source, the Government has fixed some criteria for the recruitment of total 10 posts and they are as follows

The applicant should be at the age of 40 as of July 2018 and should have an experience of 15 years. The applicant must be a graduate from a recognized university, Higher education qualification is preferable. The candidate will be appointed as a Joint Secretary for three years as per the contract, and that will be extended as per the performance up to five years. The candidate will be offered a salary of 1.44 Lakhs to 2.18 Lakhs along with all the allowances and facilities like a central government employee.

As per the advertisement issued to the media the Government is looking for motivated and talented professionals, who will be appointed in the areas of economic affairs, financial services, revenue department, agriculture, farmer’s welfare, road transport and highways, forest & climate change, new and renewable energies and last but not the least civil aviation and commerce. The foremost initiative behind this scheme is to bring immaculate mindsets and innovative methodologies to galvanize the governance as well as for intensifying the manpower.
