We have heard of Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Shiv Nadar, Nandan Nilekani and Azim Premji about the great work they have done for the society. The list will have another name, a 15 year old Tushar Mehrotra who has literally adopted a school and changed the way students were being taught there.

This all started with a social project where Tushar had to donate a few books in the school and he was supposed to set up a library there. As soon as he entered the school, he was shaken to the core after seeing the plight of the students and he decided to uplift the school.

Soon he started contacting his relatives in abroad and pooled in finance and he shelled out Rs. 2000 from his own pocket that he saved for his golf activities. The principal of the school lauds Tushar and says that he has not only provided us funds but he takes great interest in teaching the students and students are now interested to learn more.

What Tushar is doing is really commendable and we wish more people and especially the younger ones come forward to do good to the society.
