Microsoft Bringing Digital Payment Through ‘ Kaizala ‘ App

As the digital payments are increasing in India, Microsoft is about to launch digital payment services through its enterprise social network app ‘Kaizala’. ‘Kaizala’ will enable payment integration via third-party mobile payment infrastructure. This way the users of the Kaizala app can send and receive money without leaving the app.

Rajiv Kumar, the Corporate Vice President of the group told that customers were insisting for the
payment functionality in the Kaizala app to smoothen the workflow and they have provided it finally. Soon the digital payment facility will be integrated in the app.

Through the integration, the wallet to wallet, bank to bank and credit card to bank and vice versa
will be possible. The digital payment integration is completely customer friendly and it will address
all stakeholders in the value chain.

The ‘Kaizala’ app already has millions of users in India and now the users will have the option to
make peer-to-peer payments in one to one and group chats as well.

Kaizala was launched in 2017 and it is now synced with Microsoft’s patent desktop product Office
365. To raise the ante, Microsoft has launched two apps named, “Kaizala” and “Kaizala Pro” for the
mobile users to help connect with their clients inside and outside the organization.

“Kaizala” ransacked in the market at the right time when and SMEs in India are being dispersed and
connecting with teams and partners becomes extremely crucial.

The companies who have whole-heartedly adopted the app are Apollo, Yes Bank, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and United Phosphorous Limited.

At the government level too more than 30 departments in the Andhra Pradesh state is using
“Kaizala” app for real-time governance.
